Agitated Pelosi Uses Catholicism as Sword

"So don't mess with me when it comes to words like that,"

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) feeling the pressure of the impending impeachment of the President appeared agitated from the get on Thursday as she addressed the media.

James Rosen of Sinclair Broadcast Group felt the wrath of an unhinged Speaker after asking Pelosi:
"Do you hate the president, Madam Speaker?"

Pelosi immediately responded that she does not hate anyone but also moved forward toward Rosen who was seated with the press corps. Pelosi had been behind a podium but before leaving determined to confront Rosen for such a question.

Pelosi stated "As a Catholic, I resent your using the word 'hate' in a sentence that addresses me," she said. "I don't hate anyone. I was raised in a way that is a heart full of love and always pray for the president. And I still pray for the president. I pray for the president all the time."

The greater question was Pelosi's injection of her religion into the press conference and begs the question why has the media not truly held her to task for the various contradictions regarding her policy positions and her Catholic faith.

Progressive media reported the incident on Thursday as if Rosen had accused Pelosi of a "grievous sin"  according to Karen Tumulty (@ktumulty) of CSPN.

Clearly an agitated Pelosi is not happy with the fact that she managed to get out flanked by her upstart Progressives forcing her hand into impeachment. Its all over her face. Defensive now for weeks following the Adam Schiff hearings, it is clear that Pelosi has exposed about 30 of her Democrats to ouster in 2020 including Virginia's Abigail Spanberger VA-07 and Elaine Luria VA-02.

Typical of what you get with the New York Times regarding coverage of Nancy Pelosi or even Virginia's own Senator Tim Kaine also a Catholic can be found here as the NYT dismisses in truth any real conflict regarding policy and Pelosi's Catholic faith:
https://www.nytimes.com/2015/09/22/us/politics/in-pelosi-strong-catholic-faith-and-abortion-rights-coexist.html

Of course the New York Times is not the moral authority thank God. The Catholic Church in this instance is and Pelosi and Kaine's position on abortion is in direct contrast to the Catholic Church stated positions.

Both explain this away if ever even asked about the issue or deflect away from their faith because they fully understand these are purely political positions to conform with the advocacy groups they must as Democrats.

The truth is these Democrats rarely ever get held to the fire when it comes to their positions and religion but invoke like Pelosi did Thursday their religion when it suits them.

Only directed at Rosen, Nancy Pelosi used her religion as a sword in response to his rather benign question.

Clearly reporters have been put on notice not to "mess" with the Speaker who of course is supposed to answer to the People after all.
